Parcel shipping

The minimum order amount is set at CHF 50.00 or EUR 50.00. 

Shipments in Switzerland are delivered within 1 to 2 working days by post or DHL. Shipping costs of CHF 10.00 are applied for all orders under CHF 200.00.

For shipments in the EU, it takes between 4 to 5 working days for delivery. Shipping costs fixed at EUR 18.00 are charged in addition for all orders under EUR 400.00. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport insurance. Customs clearance taxes and VAT which remains at charge of the recipient when sending abroad are not include.

For countries outside the EU (Great Britain included), the minimum order amount is set at EUR. 150.00. Shipping costs fixed at EUR 25.00 are invoiced for all orders under EUR 400.00. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transport insurance. Any customs clearance taxes and VAT which remains the responsibility of the recipient when sending abroad are not included.

Important: Unless there is a defect noted on receipt of the package, the goods are not taken back or exchanged (see general conditions).
